As an AI/ML Researcher at KickCall.ai, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working on innovative solutions to enhance communication automation for small and mid-sized businesses. With a focus on AI and ML techniques, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-driven improvements and contribute to the evolution of KickCall's platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Stay updated on the latest AI/ML tools, models, and APIs, with a focus on advancements from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta AI, and Google DeepMind. - Research and summarize new AI/ML research papers, frameworks, and trends applicable to KickCall. - Experiment with new AI and ML techniques, showcasing proof-of-concepts to the development team. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify AI-driven enhancements for KickCall's system. - Develop internal tools, prototypes, or scripts to validate AI research ideas. - Curate an AI/ML knowledge base for the company, documenting emerging trends and successful implementations. - Engage in brainstorming sessions and provide support for development and integrations. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** - Regular sharing of high-quality AI/ML research updates internally. - Successful adoption of practical applications or experiments into the product. - Ability to foresee emerging AI/ML trends ahead of competitors. - Contribution to AI innovation and optimization throughout the KickCall platform. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields. - Strong interest in applied AI/ML research and experimentation. - Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or other LLM-based tools is advantageous. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity for new technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. **Nice to Have:** - Previous experience in AI automation, voice AI, or agent-based systems. - Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research papers. - Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face ecosystems.
