AI/ML Leader

As the leader of the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) at RMSI, you will play a crucial role in fostering innovation and excellence in AI-based solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing the AI strategy in alignment with RMSI's business goals, leading the development and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing solutions, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and business impact of AI solutions. You will be expected to drive research and experimentation in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and predictive analytics, establish best practices and governance frameworks for AI development and deployment, collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into AI solutions, and present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the organization. To be successful in this role, you should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 6 years in AI/ML or data science roles. You should have proven experience in leading AI initiatives or Centers of Excellence in a corporate environment, strong programming and ML toolkit knowledge (such as Python and TensorFlow), and expertise in ML algorithms and OCR/NLP tools. Experience with cloud AI platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern ML frameworks (like TensorFlow and PyTorch) will be beneficial. Additionally, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in client engagement and cross-functional collaboration, are desired qualities for this role at RMSI.,
