AI/ML Leader

As an AI Leader at CGI, you will be responsible for driving the company's AI initiatives, promoting the use of AI technologies, and influencing internal and external stakeholders on AI innovations and capabilities. With 15-20 years of hands-on AI experience, you will play a key role in translating complex AI concepts into business value, engaging with industry leaders, clients, and communities, and leading the strategic direction for AI at our organization. Your key responsibilities will include promoting AI technologies within the company and the broader community, defining the AI vision and strategy with executives, and architecting, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the AI community through publications and research, and provide training and mentorship to junior AI professionals. To excel in this role, you should have 13+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. Proven leadership skills, expertise in AI algorithms and programming languages such as Python, strong communication abilities, and a passion for AI innovation are essential. Additionally, a deep understanding of how AI can drive business value, knowledge of AI trends and best practices, and experience in delivering presentations at industry events will be beneficial. Experience in AI product management, involvement in AI-related publications or patents, familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions, and behavioral competencies like process efficiencies, clear communication, and teamwork are considered advantageous.
