AI/ML Intern

At Techlusion, we don’t just experiment with AI, we engineer the future with it. We’re looking for AI/ML Interns who bring curiosity, skill, and hands-on experience to help build intelligent systems that go beyond prototypes and into real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, train, and optimize ML models for real-world use cases: prediction, recommendation, NLP, CV, or forecasting.
• Work on end-to-end AI pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Experiment with emerging AI frameworks and contribute to internal AI tools and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to productionize AI models into live applications.
• Take part in hackathons, AI sprints, and rapid prototyping challenges to deliver solutions in record time.
• Research the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose experiments for Techlusion’s innovation roadmap.

You Must Have

• Hands-on experience in at least one real-world AI/ML project (academic, internship, or open-source) with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Understanding of ML fundamentals: data preprocessing, model evaluation, overfitting, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment basics.
• Exposure to data handling at scale (e.g., SQL, pandas, or big data pipelines).
• Demonstrated participation in AI/ML hackathons or competitive coding/ML challenges.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for translating AI research into practical solutions.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI) or cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting models.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and containerization for AI deployment.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
• Basic understanding of model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and AI ethics.
