Job Summary

AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Google LLMs, prompt design, fine-tuning, RLHF, and A2A orchestration.Experience Level: 5-8 yearsJDDesign and optimize prompt engineering strategies.Fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific datasets.Apply RLHF to improve agent decision-making.Implement agents using Vertex AI, PaLM, Gemini.Collaborate on agent architecture and evaluation.Use MCP to standardize agent interaction.Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, JAXRLHF, PyTorch.Hands-on with Vertex AI, Gemini, AutoML.Knowledge of transformers, LoRA, quantization, PEFT.Experience with ADK, A2A, MCP protocols.Prompt tuning and chain-of-thought expertise.
