Role Overview: You are joining as a Technical Interview Panel Expert in the AI/ML engineering field. Your main responsibility will be evaluating candidates" technical proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and data science principles. You will play a crucial role in conducting high-quality technical interviews for AI and ML engineering positions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates" ML model-building, deployment, and optimization skills. - Evaluate candidates" capabilities in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithm selection. - Review coding exercises, model evaluation methods, and real-world ML project experience. - Collaborate with recruitment teams to establish competency frameworks for AI/ML candidates. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior interviewers on technical evaluation standards. - Contribute to AI skill benchmarking and the development of interview question banks. Qualification Required: - Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy. - Proficiency in model deployment using technologies such as Flask, FastAPI, AWS Sagemaker, and Azure ML. - Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow. - Understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation metrics, and ML reproducibility. Additional Details: The preferred qualifications for this role include holding a Masters degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science, having hands-on experience in end-to-end ML project lifecycle, and prior experience as a technical interviewer or panel member for AI talent screening.,
