The role of Full Stack Developer (Generative AI, MLOps, Python) in Noida within the Information Technology & Services industry under the Big Data department is a full-time, permanent position with various employee benefits. As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Generative AI & LLMs, you are expected to have proficiency in GPT-3, Langchain, and LLMs with experience in prompt engineering, few-shot/zero-shot learning, RLHF, and model optimization. Additionally, strong experience in Machine Learning & NLP using Python with frameworks like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch is required. A solid understanding of embeddings and data modeling is essential for this role, as well as experience with various databases such as vector databases, RDBMS, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, and data integration from multiple sources. Your expertise in software engineering should encompass data structures, algorithms, system architecture, and distributed systems, along with hands-on experience in platform & cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Spark ML, Databricks, and developing scalable platforms at scale. Proficiency in API development, including API design, RESTful services, and data mapping to schemas, is also necessary. Key responsibilities in this role include designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models using GPT, VAE, and GANs, optimizing LLM performance through fine-tuning and model interpretability, collaborating with ML and integration teams to integrate AI models into scalable web applications, building and maintaining distributed systems with robust system architecture, integrating data from diverse sources, and designing efficient APIs for seamless functionality, enhancing response quality and performance using advanced techniques. Educational qualifications required for this position include a B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.E. degree, a proven track record in building and deploying AI/ML models (particularly LLMs), prior experience in developing public cloud services or open-source ML software is a plus, and knowledge of big-data tools would be advantageous.
