Role Summary:

The AI/ML Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to support data-driven decision-making, process automation, and enhanced patient care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various hospital systems (HIS, EMR, CRM, etc.).
• Build predictive models for healthcare analytics, patient outcomes, operations efficiency, and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with data engineers, backend developers, and UI/UX teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment in production environments.
• Research and integrate the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and healthcare-focused innovations.
• Document workflows, algorithms, and maintain code repositories.
  

Required Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

  of experience in AI/ML development.
• Experience in healthcare/medical data handling is an advantage.
  

Key Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in

  Python, R, or Java

  with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Expertise in

  NLP, computer vision, deep learning, or predictive analytics

  .
• Knowledge of

  SQL/NoSQL databases

  , big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience deploying models via

  APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
