AI/ML Consultant

Role Overview: As an Automation Consultant at HighRadius, you will be responsible for designing a comprehensive automation strategy for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) implementation project. Your main goal will be to streamline O2C workflows and improve efficiency by identifying automation opportunities using AI/ML or RPA solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and deliver detailed strategic recommendations and an automation roadmap. Additionally, you will play a key role in assessing current O2C processes, identifying quick-win automations, developing a long-term automation roadmap, evaluating tools & technologies, conducting stakeholder workshops, providing strategic recommendations, and acting as a trusted advisor on O2C process best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Assess the companys end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and bottlenecks - Identify quick-win automation opportunities for immediate efficiency gains - Develop a comprehensive strategic automation roadmap for the O2C function - Evaluate existing technology stack and tools supporting O2C and recommend enhancements or new tools - Conduct stakeholder workshops and cross-functional discovery sessions to gather requirements and drive stakeholder buy-in - Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and prepare detailed documentation - Act as a trusted advisor on O2C process best practices and automation trends - Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure recommendations are feasible and aligned with business objectives Qualifications Required: - Proven experience leading automation initiatives in enterprise environments, preferably in a SaaS company or software industry - Strong background in designing or evaluating automation solutions for business process improvement - Demonstrated consulting experience with the ability to lead workshops and drive discussions - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communication to technical teams and business leaders - Knowledge of Order-to-Cash workflows and finance operations, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred - Certifications or training in process improvement, project management, or specific technologies advantageous (Note: Omitting the additional details of the company as it is not present in the provided Job Description),
