AI/ML Consultant

As an Automation Consultant at HighRadius, you will be responsible for designing a comprehensive automation strategy for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) implementation project. Your primary goal will be to streamline O2C workflows and improve efficiency by leveraging automation solutions such as AI/ML or RPA. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop a strategic roadmap for long-term transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Assess Current O2C Processes:** Map and evaluate end-to-end O2C workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. - **Identify Quick-Win Automations:** Pinpoint automation opportunities for immediate efficiency gains. - **Develop Long-Term Automation Roadmap:** Create a strategic roadmap for evolving to a highly automated future state. - **Evaluate Tools & Technologies:** Review existing technology stack and recommend enhancements or new tools. - **Stakeholder Workshops & Discovery:** Conduct workshops and gather requirements from Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams. - **Strategic Recommendations:** Prepare detailed documentation of proposed improvements and future-state processes. - **Advisory and Collaboration:** Act as a trusted advisor on O2C process best practices and automation trends. **Qualifications Required:** - **Automation & SaaS Expertise:** Proven experience leading automation initiatives in enterprise environments, preferably in a SaaS company. - **Automation Awareness:** Strong background in designing or evaluating automation solutions for business process improvement. - **Consulting & Facilitation Skills:** Demonstrated consulting experience with excellent facilitation skills. - **Communication & Documentation:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to technical teams and business leaders. - **Order-to-Cash Domain Knowledge:** Familiarity with O2C workflows and finance operations. - **Additional Qualifications:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred. Certifications in process improvement, project management, or specific technologies are advantageous.
