AI/ML Architect

As an AI/ML Architect at the company, you will play a crucial role in leading enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Providing architectural guidance, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring best practices in AI/ML, MLOps, and cloud-native development. - Managing multiple projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with business objectives. - Staying ahead of emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and cloud, introducing innovative solutions across the organization. - Mentoring and leading teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and developers. - Collaborating with business leaders, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Presenting solutions and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 12+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in project/team management. - Proven expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision). - Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML cloud services. - Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices. - Strong background in data engineering, pipelines, and scalable system design. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or AI/ML. - Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). - Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives. - Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs. Soft Skills / Nice to Have: - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach. - Ability to work independently, with self-motivation and adaptability. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Customer-centric mindset with collaborative approach. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
