The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers (especially technical leads), and closing deals for our core services: Custom Software Development, Android & iOS App Development, and Website Development. This is a hands-on sales role for a "hunter" who thrives on chasing new leads and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Generate new business through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking. Clearly articulate the business value of our technical services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable business. Collaborate with our internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed successfully. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role within the IT services industry is mandatory. Must be a current resident of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of software development, mobile applications, and web technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
