We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tally Support Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support and training on TallyPrime and Tally Software Services (TSS) to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for resolving Tally-related queries, handling AMC calls, managing remote & onsite support, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and onsite support to clients using TallyPrime. Troubleshoot day-to-day Tally issues (data errors, voucher problems, printing, GST, TDS, etc.) Installation, activation, license updates, and migration of TallyPrime. Coordinate with the backend team for customization and cloud-related support. Educate and train customers on Tally features and updates. Log and maintain support records in CRM or internal system. Ensure timely AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) support follow-ups and closure. Guide customers on TSS renewals and their benefits. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Communicate feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
