Job Description

Role Overview: As a S&C Global Network AI Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across retail operations. Your role will involve leveraging your retail knowledge to design AI solutions, supervising teams in building ML/DL models, overseeing the implementation of GenAI-powered tools, and developing AI algorithms tailored to the retail sector. Additionally, you will focus on translating data insights into actionable strategies and communicating the potential of AI solutions to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your deep understanding of the retail industry to design AI solutions addressing critical business needs - Supervise teams in building, validating, and deploying ML/DL models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face - Develop and oversee the implementation of GenAI-powered tools - Design and implement AI algorithms tailored to the retail sector - Translate data insights into actionable strategies for marketing, merchandising, and customer experience teams - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand retail business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions - Communicate the potential of AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role - Educational background in MSc Statistics, BTech/MTech Computer Science, Econometrics, or Data Science - Retail tech experience in e-commerce, fashion, grocery, or quick-commerce segments - Knowledge of ethical AI practices and responsible AI governance - Experience working with APIs of commercial LLMs like OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic Additional Information: Omit this section as no additional details about the company are provided in the job description.,
