AI voice bot developer

You are a talented and motivated Mid-Senior AI Voice Bot Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered voice bots that deliver seamless user interactions. You will work with open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar models. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing and developing AI voice bots leveraging open-source LLMs. - Fine-tuning and customizing open-source models to meet project requirements. - Integrating voice recognition and synthesis technologies for natural interactions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment and technical excellence. - Maintaining and improving voice bot systems based on user feedback and metrics. - Staying updated on the latest developments in open-source LLMs, NLP, and voice AI technologies. - Documenting technical specifications, architecture, and processes for internal use and future scalability. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in developing AI voice bots or related NLP projects with open-source LLMs. - Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Engineering. - Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Experience with open-source LLM models and fine-tuning techniques. - Familiarity with speech recognition and synthesis technologies (e.g., Google Speech API, Mozilla DeepSpeech, Tacotron). - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and scaling AI models. - Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. - Experience with conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Botpress). - Contributions to open-source projects in NLP or voice AI communities.
