General Responsibilities

• All work will require accountability
• Youll need to explain why the tasks werent completed, suggest your own solutions, and share your plan to fix it
• Recording and analysis of all work
• Excel calculations and analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Create audio and video content using AI tools to produce or enhance videos (AI avatars, AI-generated clips, AI voiceovers, motion graphics, image-to-video, etc.).
• Edit videos using standard video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Trim, cut, and arrange clips; add captions, transitions, and sound effects.
• Work on short-form content (Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts) as well as long-form content (YouTube videos, tutorials, and explainer videos).
• Work on various content types, including AI ad videos, AI promos/teasers, AI voiceovers, AI 2D & 3D animations, and AI news videos.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, resolution, hooks, and subtitles).
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and deliver videos that align with the brand style.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and editing trends to improve video quality and workflow efficiency.
• Auditing and reviewing the mentioned tasks completed by team members using checklists to ensure they are accurate and finished.
