AI Video Editor

Role Overview:

At Adosphere, we don't use AI.

We orchestrate it.

We're hiring an AI Video Editor who can turn raw AI outputs, live-action footage, and half-formed ideas into cinematic, social-first, brand-safe stories fast, clean, and with intent.

This role sits at the intersection of AI creativity, video craftsmanship, and production ownership. You'll be the go-to expert for shaping AI-generated visuals into polished deliverables that clients actually approve (and audiences actually watch).

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

- AI-First Video Creation

- Shape AI-generated visuals into compelling narratives for reels, brand films, campaigns, and experimental formats.

- Work hands-on with tools like Veo 3, Sora, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, and Google AI Studio.

- Translate AI prompts into storyboard flows and edit-ready sequences.

- Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit AI and live-action footage using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.

- Handle end-to-end video workflowsfrom raw assets to final delivery.

- Adapt long-form videos into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads).

- Creative Enhancement

- Apply sound design, audio cleanup, syncing, and basic mixing.

- Execute color correction and basic grading for cinematic consistency.

- Integrate motion graphics and light VFX where required.

Studio & Team Support

- Act as the AI video backbone for Creative and Client Servicing teams.

- Independently manage timelines, priorities, and multiple deliverables.

- Ensure outputs meet brand guidelines, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.

- Innovation & Efficiency

- Continuously research, test, and implement new AI tools and workflows.

- Optimize turnaround time and studio efficiency using automation and AI.

- Contribute to building scalable AI-video SOPs across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

- 25 years of experience in a Creative Studio or Agency environment.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).

- Hands-on, production-level experience with AI image & video generation tools.

- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and export optimization.

- Strong sense of pacing, composition, and storytelling.

- Ability to work independently in fast-turnaround environments.

- Clear communicator and strong collaborator.

Highly Preferred

Experience with:

- Motion graphics integration

- Audio cleanup & syncing

- Color correction & basic grading

- Asset management and version control

- Comfort handling multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality.

Enhancement & Editing:
