Prior experience working on AI dataset preparation or speech-to-text model training.
Knowledge of audio segmentation and timestamp alignment.

Certifications (If Any)

Essential Skills / Aptitude:

Proven experience in audio/video transcription (minimum 12 years preferred).
Practical knowledge of speaker diarization and tagging.
Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax (multilingual skills are a plus).
Ability to follow detailed transcription and labeling guidelines.
Excellent listening skills for handling different accents, dialects, and audio conditions.
Basic understanding of AI workflows and the importance of data quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Transcribe audio and video files with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform speaker diarization by identifying and labeling different speakers in recordings.
Apply content tagging and metadata labeling for AI and NLP datasets.
Review and validate transcriptions for consistency, formatting, and guideline adherence.
Work efficiently with large datasets, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection protocols.
