Evaluate model performance using metrics, datasets, ground-truth validations, and regression tests.
Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across the AI lifecycle.
Validate integrations with APIs, vector databases, RAG systems, and orchestration frameworks (Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).
Test for hallucinations, bias, reliability, safety, and robustness in AI model outputs.
Document test cases, scenarios, defect reports, and validation frameworks for AI systems.
Practical experience testing AI systems end-to-end in real-world projects.
Experience with tools like:
LangChain / LangGraph / Agent frameworks
RAG pipelines (Vector DBs: FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
MLFlow / Weights & Biases
FastAPI, Flask, or model-serving tools
Knowledge of model behavior testing: hallucination detection, toxicity, reasoning, safety, reliability.
Experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration tools.
Experience testing voice or multimodal AI systems.
Exposure to cloud AI stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP).
AI security and governance testing familiarity.
