Job Title: AI Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Test Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our AI solutions, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies for AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX designers, to understand requirements and define testing objectives.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies and tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Strong background for python and specific AI related framework LangChain, LangGraph, Databricks Mosaic AI
• Knowledge of javascript and testing capability
• CI/CD and automated testing within Azure Devops

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
