AI Research Scientist

As a Research Scientist at AryaXAI, you will have the unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology, contributing to the development of explainable, safe, and aligned systems that scale responsibly. Your role will involve tackling advanced problems related to AI explainability, safety, and alignment, pushing the frontiers of AI technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Work on advanced problems related to AI explainability, AI safety, and AI alignment. - Have flexibility in choosing specialization areas within ML/DL to address the above challenges. - Create new techniques around ML Observability & Alignment. - Collaborate with MLEs and SDEs to implement features and ensure their quality until stability. - Develop and maintain technical and product documentation. - Publish papers in open forums such as arXiv and present in industry conferences like ICLR and NeurIPS. Qualifications: - Solid academic background in machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning. - Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, or related engineering fields. - Experience publishing peer-reviewed papers or contributing to open-source tools. - Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. - Enjoyment in working on various DL problems involving different types of training datasets. - Proficiency in deploying code in cloud/on-premise environments. - Strong fundamentals in MLOps and productionizing ML models. - Previous experience with ML explainability methods such as LRP, SHAPE, LIME, IG, CEM. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning or Machine Learning. - Implementation experience with techniques like Transformer models, GANs, Deep Learning, etc.,
