Experience-5+ Yrs

JD-

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases specifically for AI models, focusing on validating prompt engineering scenarios for accuracy, relevance, and safety
Perform rigorous quality assurance on conversational AI (chatbot) systems, including testing intent recognition, entity extraction, dialogue flow, and overall user experience
Design and implement testing strategies to identify and mitigate issues such as model hallucinations, biases, and unexpected outputs in AI-driven applications
Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers and prompt engineers to define testing requirements, report defects, and ensure the high quality and reliability of AI products
