Job
Description
As an AI/ML Specialist at Threat Modeler Software Inc, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that leverage LLMs, knowledge graphs, and orchestration frameworks to automate tasks such as architecture analysis, threat model creation, compliance checks, and security risk scoring. This role requires a combination of deep Python engineering expertise and hands-on experience in building agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI. You will play a critical role in shaping ThreatModelers AI agent architecture, integrating models with the product stack, and ensuring real-time reasoning, memory, and tool-use capabilities for enterprise cybersecurity workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents that interact with structured data, APIs, and enterprise knowledge sources. - Build modular Python components for reasoning, memory management, tool invocation, and agent orchestration. - Integrate LLMs with RAG pipelines and vector databases. - Prototype and iterate rapidly on new agent capabilities through experimentation. - Implement multi-agent systems to automate compliance checks, DevSecOps workflows, and security processes. - Collaborate with cybersecurity SMEs, data scientists, and product teams to design user-focused automation. - Optimize agent performance with respect to accuracy, latency, interpretability, and cloud efficiency. - Contribute to AI ethics, governance, and secure AI deployment practices. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing infrastructure to ensure robust development practices. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in Python development with strong software engineering fundamentals. - Proven track record building and deploying in-house AI agents. - Hands-on expertise in frameworks, vector search databases, and LLM integrations. - Ability to customize agent architectures for enterprise needs. - Strong knowledge of transformer models, embeddings, RAG, vector search, function calling, and prompt chaining. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization. - Familiarity with architectural patterns for agentic systems. - Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integration.
