Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs and vector-based architectures.
Implement and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to enhance model accuracy and performance.
Work with vector databases for efficient similarity search and retrieval applications.
Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into production.

Required Qualifications:

B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or similar.
Hands-on experience with vector databases such as ChromaDb, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
Familiarity with embedding techniques and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
