We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep GenAI and Applied ML expertise to lead the AI charter end-to-end. You will shape our AI product roadmap, lead R&D, productionize GenAI/ML use cases, and build a world-class AI team. From custom RAG pipelines to fine-tuned LLMs to anomaly detection at scale, this role blends ML craftsmanship with product and system thinking.This is a foundational role where your work will directly power financial automation, intelligent reconciliation, anomaly detection, and more.
Role & Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable AI/GenAI features across reconciliation, document understanding, financial classification, and payment behavior intelligence.
Write clean, secure, and performant ML/LLM code; enforce reviews, reproducibility, versioning, and MLOps best practices.
Build robust evaluation, A/B, and regression test suites; debug, profile, and optimize latency/throughput across environments and devices.
Implement human-in-the-loop feedback to continuously learn from user actions and corrections; close the loop into model updates.
Hire, mentor, and grow an ML/GenAI team; set technical direction and raise engineering quality across the org.
Partner with PM, Backend, Data, and DevOps to translate product problems into scalable ML systems and ship user-first features on time.
