Job Summary:

AIML Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intelligent systems using

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  ,

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  , and

  multi-agent frameworks

  .
• Develop scalable

  data pipelines

  and perform

  data transformation

  using

  Pandas

  ,

  PySpark

  , and other tools.
• Implement and manage

  MLOps workflows

  model versioning, CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining, and serving models.
• Use

  caching techniques

  (Redis, memory-based) and

  Celery

  for performance optimization and task orchestration.
• Work with

  vector databases

  like

  Chroma

  ,

  pgvector

  ,

  FAISS

  ,

  Pinecone

  for embedding-based retrieval.
• Lead the end-to-end development of

  Generative AI-based chat applications

  .
• Setup pipelines to automation manual/repetitive process using AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for

  requirement gathering

  , architecture planning, and agile execution.
• Apply and tune

  classical ML

  and

  deep learning

  models for production use cases.
• Deploy models and services to

  cloud environments

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands on experience in Computer vision techniques.
• Active participation to discuss/brainstorm requirements with Stack holder.

Must-Have Skills:

• Python (Expert)

  with extensive experience in

  Pandas

• Strong

• Hands-on experience with

  Generative AI

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or Master’s in Computer application/artificial intelligence.
• 2–5 years of relevant industry experience with demonstrated ownership in delivering GenAI or ML-powered applications.
