Roles & Responsibilities
Core Skills Responsibilities Design and develop Generative AI applications and solutions using LLMs and open-source frameworks, Understand the business requirements and translate into Gen AI solution design that successfully meets the business objectives Prototype and experiment with new GenAI techniques and approaches, Contribute to the development, integration, and improvement of internal GenAI service or tools, Implement performance efficient RAG, Fine tuning models, and Prompt engineering techniques with GenAI solutions, Lead the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes, Collaborate with application team on user needs and translate them into actionable GenAI solutions, Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Generative AI research and development, Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of AI/ML experience, Experienced in developing GenAI applications and integration of GenAI with existing applications, Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, especially related to Generative AI and LLMs, Experienced with Open-source frameworks like langchain and llamaindex, RAG, Prompt engineering and fine tuning LLM models, NLP and other relevant AI subfields, Experience with Python and other relevant programming languages (e-g, Java, JavaScript), Experience with building and deploying ML models is preferred, Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, Strong curiosity and a passion for learning and exploring new technologies, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Experience with cloud platforms (e-g, AWS, Azure and GCP), LLMOps/MLOps experience, Experience 6-8 Years Skills Primary Skill: AI/ML Development Sub Skill(s): AI/ML Development Additional Skill(s): Python, AI/ML Development, JavaScript Development, Open Source Development, TensorFlow, NLP, Pytorch, GenAI Fundamentals, Large Language Models (LLM) About The Company Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company based out of Silicon Valley We engineer business outcomes for Fortune 500 companies and digital natives in the technology, healthcare, insurance, travel, telecom, and retail & CPG industries using technologies such as cloud, microservices, automation, IoT, and artificial intelligence We accelerate experience-led transformation in the delivery of digital platforms Infogain is also a Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Gold Partner and Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP), Infogain, an Apax Funds portfolio company, has offices in California, Washington, Texas, the UK, the UAE, and Singapore, with delivery centers in Seattle, Houston, Austin, Krak?w, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, Show more Show less
