About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Tech Lead / Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and integration of agentic AI solutions within Philips CRM landscape (Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Conga CPQ, CLM). The role requires a strong foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows, coupled with solid experience in enterprise-grade application development.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise (AI/ML, Python, Java, JavaScript, MCP, microservices, React.js) with domain knowledge in CRM and CPQ/CLM to design innovative solutions that improve automation, contract lifecycle management, quoting processes, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
• Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.
• Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
• Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
• Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes (contract lifecycle, framework contract management, quoting).
• Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
• Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, authentication, and data validation standards.
• Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Skills: Product Owner - CPQ
• Experience:

  10+ years in CPQ/CLM domain

  Proven track record managing end-to-end CPQ/CLM projects

  Strong AI skills

  Experience building home-grown CPQ/CLM applications.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with CPQ/CLM domain implementation projects.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management frameworks and enterprise quoting systems.
• Exposure to hyperautomation tools (AI Builder, Power Automate, Flow Builder).
• Prior experience in designing secure and scalable agentic AI architectures.
