AI Influencer Expert

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and trend-aware AI Influencer Manager to build, manage, and grow our two AI-based influencers. This role involves everything from designing and evolving AI avatars to building their personalities, storylines, and online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of creativity, deep understanding of social media dynamics, and hands-on experience with AI and design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and design AI avatars using AI design and creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, Unreal Engine, etc.).

Develop detailed character histories, personalities, and backstories for each AI influencer to establish unique identities and emotional depth.

Manage and grow the social media presence of the AI influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).

Plan and execute creative content strategies aligned with each influencer's persona and audience interests.

Write compelling and platform-optimized captions, posts, and storytelling scripts (copywriting).

Collaborate with design, tech, and content teams to produce high-quality visual and video content.

Use AI tools and prompt engineering to generate creative visuals, ideas, and scripts.

Monitor engagement metrics, analyze audience behavior, and optimize content performance.

Stay up to date with AI, digital influencer, and social media trends to keep the avatars relevant and engaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.

13 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or AI-driven projects.

Proficiency with AI and design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.

Strong AI prompt writing and creative ideation skills.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.

Understanding of current digital, influencer, and pop-culture trends.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with avatar creation, animation, or virtual character development.

Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.).

Experience in influencer collaborations or digital campaign management.
