AI in Life Sciences and Biotechnology

We are hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Scholastika for the Beginner Level Certificate Program focused on AI applications in Life Sciences and Biotechnology. The role involves developing AI-focused educational content, validating labs and projects, and ensuring technical accuracy across genomics, bioinformatics, and personalized medicine topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review AI-based instructional content
• Validate hands-on labs and applied projects
• Ensure accuracy in genomics, biomarkers, and machine learning concepts
• Review assessments and portfolio artifacts
• Integrate real-world consumer health and skincare use cases
• Collaborate with instructional designers and program stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related fields
• Proven experience applying AI in genomics or personalized medicine
• Knowledge of consumer health or skincare technologies
• Understanding of data privacy and ethical AI practices
• Experience in online course development
• Cover letter required
