Location

About the Role:

fresh graduates from premium institutes (IITs/NITs)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
AI/ML models
for various applications.
Work on
Deep Learning architectures
(CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for NLP, CV, and other domains.
Develop and fine-tune
Large Language Models (LLMs)
for enterprise use cases.
Implement
RAG pipelines
for knowledge-intensive tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
B.Tech/M.Tech from
IIT/NIT or other premium institutes
(Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields).
Strong programming skills in
Python
; familiarity with
R
is a plus.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks:
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
.
Knowledge of
Deep Learning
,
NLP
, and
Generative AI
concepts.
Understanding of
LLMs
and
RAG architectures
.
Solid grasp of
data structures, algorithms, and mathematical foundations
(linear algebra, probability, statistics).

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
Familiarity with
MLOps
and model lifecycle management.
Participation in
AI/ML competitions
(Kaggle, etc.) or research publications.
