As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing platforms and solutions that revolutionize the Service and Operations Management space. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with the R&D team to deliver AI software encompassing data engineering, prompt engineering, algorithms, and APIs. Your success will be measured by your capability to produce production-ready code, create rapid prototyping opportunities, and present them to relevant stakeholders. Moreover, as a senior engineer, you will uphold high code quality, conduct code reviews, and work closely with DevOps and MLOps to maintain a modern and well-architected deployment and testing pipeline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with R&D team to determine functional and non-functional requirements for AI software adjustments or extensions - Assist in developing high-level product specifications related to artificial intelligence - Develop software adjustments and extensions adhering to coding standards - Provide technical guidance on artificial intelligence to team members - Ensure AI software quality, security, and extensibility meet all requirements - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of AI software within services **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in developing AI features via LLM - Demonstrated ability in developing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing machine learning models - Experience in developing and maintaining data systems like feature stores and data pipelines for AI and machine learning - Ability to translate product requirements into technical specifications - Background in a production engineering environment In this role, you will be at the forefront of leveraging AI to drive innovation and efficiency in Service and Operations Management.,
