Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI principles.
Build intelligent agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot stack , Azure AI Services , and Power Platform .
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using APIs, microservices, and automation pipelines.
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
Automate cloud workloads and manage deployment cycles across environments.
Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to projects.
Document models, workflows, and experiments for reproducibility and team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
23 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including deep learning and NLP.
Strong experience with Azure AI Services , Azure Machine Learning , Power Platform , and Microsoft Copilot stack .
Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/OCI a plus).
Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and API frameworks (Flask, FastAPI).
Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in agile teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to model monitoring , performance tuning, and observability in production.
Experience with prompt engineering , LLM fine-tuning , or custom GPT deployments .
Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, etc.).
