As an AI Engineer at OneRx.ai, you will play a crucial role in the development of the Evidence Intelligence Platform for Doctors. You will be responsible for building AI infrastructure that aids doctors in making informed decisions quickly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - AI Model Development: - Build and optimize LLM-based systems for clinical question answering and evidence summarization. - Fine-tune retrieval-augmented systems for diagnosis reasoning. - Knowledge Engineering: - Design ontology and pipelines to integrate structured and unstructured data from medical sources. - Clinical Data Integration: - Translate diagnostic workflows and treatment pathways into structured product logic. - Prompt & Context Engineering: - Develop robust prompt frameworks for oncology, pharmacology, and diagnostics. - Evidence Validation Layer: - Implement confidence-scoring systems to cite medical references for every output. - Product Collaboration: - Work with medical experts and UX teams to design evidence-driven interfaces for doctors. - Deployment & Optimization: - Implement scalable AI pipelines for low-latency inference and retrieval using Azure OpenAI stack and other tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. - Experience: 2-6 years in applied AI / NLP, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics. - Core Skills: - Proficiency in LLM integration, RAG pipeline design, and NLP frameworks. - Experience with medical text analysis and knowledge of ontologies. - API integration expertise with Azure OpenAI and PubMed APIs.
