AI-Enabled Data Engineer

As an AI-Enabled Data Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable data solutions that support advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and optimize complex SQL queries across Teradata, Snowflake, and Databricks platforms. - Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes in Azure. - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models into data workflows and production environments. - Ensure data quality, governance, and security across cloud and hybrid data platforms. - Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in data systems and pipelines. - Automate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery using Azure Data Factory, Databricks notebooks, and other tools. - Document data architecture, processes, and best practices. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles. - Strong SQL skills with experience in Teradata, Snowflake, and Databricks. - Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure DevOps. - Exposure to AI/ML workflows and integration into data platforms. - Experience with Spark (via Databricks) for large-scale data processing. - Familiarity with data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. In addition, proficiency in Python or Scala for data engineering and AI integration, experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code in Azure, certifications in Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks, and knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) are preferred qualifications.
