This role is responsible for driving AI adoption and digital transformation by leveraging Microsoft Copilot and data management expertise. The incumbent will lead and support digitization initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot across teams to reduce manual boost productivity.
Introduce and implement effective AI tools, software solutions, and productivity apps across teams to minimise manual intervention and increase overall productivity.
Manage and analyze data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL to support business decisions.
Lead or contribute to digitization efforts, including process automation, digital documentation, and workflow transformation.
Train and support employees in leveraging Copilot and other AI tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy digital solutions aligned with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot in a business setting.
- Strong data management and analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrated exposure to digitization projects
- Technical proficiency in hardware and system software, as well as experience implementing packages and working with vendors
- Understanding of AI impact on workforce efficiency and organizational transformation.
-Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present and explain complex technical information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
