Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team as an AI Developer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions and RPA processes to optimize operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and foster innovation within the organization. Your technical prowess, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate within a diverse team will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - AI Development: - Design, develop, and deploy AI models utilizing machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI implementation opportunities and integrate them into existing systems. - Optimize and sustain AI models for performance and accuracy, scaling solutions as necessary. - RPA Implementation: - Analyze business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and automation possibilities. - Develop, test, and deploy RPA robots to automate repetitive tasks and workflows using RPA tools like Automation Anywhere. - Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to uphold maximum uptime and performance efficiency. - Collaboration & Communication: - Engage closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Educate and train team members and end-users on the utilization of AI and RPA solutions. - Documentation & Reporting: - Create and maintain technical documentation related to AI models, RPA processes, and deployment plans. - Generate reports on automation impact and AI performance metrics for management review. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and RPA. - Recommend enhancements and innovations to enhance existing systems and processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience of at least one year in AI development (machine learning, deep learning, NLP) and proficiency with relevant programming languages such as Python, R, Java. - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with RPA tools, specifically Automation Anywhere. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and their AI/RPA services is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
