AI Developer / Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize

  Speech-to-Text

  models for accurate voice recognition.
• Develop and enhance

  Text-to-Speech

  models for natural-sounding voice generation.
• Train and fine-tune AI models using deep learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate speech models into production systems.
• Conduct performance evaluation and continuous improvement of AI models.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in speech AI, NLP, and generative models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in

  Speech-to-Text

  technologies (e.g., Whisper, DeepSpeech, Wav2Vec, or similar).
• Proven experience in

  Text-to-Speech

  technologies (e.g., Tacotron, WaveNet, VITS, or similar).
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  .
• Solid understanding of

  deep learning

  frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with

  Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  or

  LLMs

  is an advantage.
