Job Description: We are looking for a talented AI Developer / Engineer with hands-on experience in Speech-to-Text (voice recognition) and Text-to-Speech (voice generation) technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and optimizing AI-driven voice systems used in intelligent applications. Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize Speech-to-Text models for accurate voice recognition. Develop and enhance Text-to-Speech models for natural-sounding voice generation. Train and fine-tune AI models using deep learning frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate speech models into production systems. Conduct performance evaluation and continuous improvement of AI models. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in speech AI, NLP, and generative models. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience in Speech-to-Text technologies (e.g., Whisper, DeepSpeech, Wav2Vec, or similar). Proven experience in Text-to-Speech technologies (e.g., Tacotron, WaveNet, VITS, or similar). Strong programming skills in Python . Solid understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or LLMs is an advantage.
