AI Developer

• Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Position Description: We are seeking a motivated AI Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models and solutions
• The candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intelligent systems that solve complex problems and drive business value
• This role requires strong programming skills, knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• - Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges
• Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets for model training and validation
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems
• Optimize and tune models to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Develop APIs and services for deploying AI models in real-world applications
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Must-Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment
• Exposure to cloud AI services and platforms (eg , AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform)
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
• Adaptability to evolving AI technologies and project requirements
