Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, you will be part of a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects dedicated to helping innovative companies unleash their potential. Your role will involve AI development, ReactJS front-end engineering, integration, collaboration with cross-functional teams, testing, continuous improvement, and documentation. Additionally, you will work in the area of software engineering, applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. Key Responsibilities: - AI Development: Build, train, and optimize machine learning models and AI-driven features using Python and established AI libraries. - ReactJS Front-End Engineering: Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces with ReactJS, integrating interactive features and visualization of AI-driven insights. - Integration: Connect AI back-end services with front-end components using RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or GraphQL for seamless user experiences. - Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and UX/UI specialists to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions. - Testing: Develop and execute tests for AI functionalities and ReactJS components to ensure code integrity, performance, and reliability. - Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new frameworks, tools, and AI trends to recommend improvements and integrate emerging technologies. - Documentation: Maintain technical documentation of workflows, model structures, and UI components for effective knowledge sharing. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development with hands-on experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. - Solid background in JavaScript and ReactJS, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization. - Ability to design, implement, and integrate APIs between front-end and AI back-end services. - Understanding of responsive design principles and experience collaborating with design teams for user-centered solutions. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues in AI logic and UI presentation.
