Job Description

As an experienced candidate with over 3 years of relevant experience, you should possess the following must-have skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in programming languages, especially advanced Python and a good understanding of Typescript/Node.js would be advantageous. - Familiarity with various AI Frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, and Hugging Face is essential. - Experience in designing task-oriented agents with memory, tool use, planning, and inter-agent communication in Agent Systems is required. - Knowledge of RAG Architecture including document loaders, chunking strategies, vector embedding models, hybrid search (BM25 + vector), and contextual reranking is beneficial. - Familiarity with LLM Tooling like OpenAI GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, and local models (e.g., Mistral, LLaMA) is preferred. - Experience with Infrastructure technologies such as Vector DBs (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, Elasticsearch), Postgres, and MongoDB is necessary. - Understanding of MLOps practices including prompt engineering, model evaluation, A/B testing, telemetry, and observability is a plus. - Proficiency in Deployment methodologies including REST APIs, FastAPI, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is required. - Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives from start to finish.,
