AI Creative Content Creator

Role Overview

We're seeking a next-gen AI Creative Content Creator who can conceptualize, design, and produce high-performing digital content using generative AI tools (like Sora, Runway, Midjourney, MakeUGC, Pika Labs, Kaiber, ElevenLabs, etc.) in collaboration with human creative strategy.

This role sits at the convergence of creativity, technology, and performance ideal for someone who's part storyteller, part prompt engineer, and part data-driven creator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Concepting & Story Design

Translate brand briefs into AI-first creative storyboards, scripts, and campaigns across digital, video, and social formats.

Use AI tools to generate visual and motion assets, UGC-style content, ads, and narrative sequences aligned with campaign strategy.

Develop and test multiple creative variants for performance optimization (hooks, CTAs, tone, voiceovers, visuals).

2. AI Tool Integration & Workflow

Operate and experiment with cutting-edge AI creative platforms (MakeUGC, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, Pika Labs, D-ID, etc.).

Build end-to-end AI workflows from idea to execution using automation tools like Make.com, ChatGPT, Synthesia, Descript, or Figma AI.

Maintain brand consistency through AI model training and locked brand kits across clients.

3. Performance & Data Alignment

Work with the Performance Marketing and Infinity Intelligence teams to analyze creative impact, engagement metrics, and A/B test results.

Optimize creative prompts and outputs based on audience data, campaign performance, and behavioral insights.

4. Collaboration & SYNC Framework Integration

Partner with strategy, copy, design, and media teams to ensure every creative aligns with the SYNC pillars: Story, Yield, Network, and Commerce.

Contribute to building Infinity's proprietary AI creative library and assist in client demos or case studies for AI-led creativity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

3-5 years in digital content creation, motion design, or creative production (agency, startup, or brand side).

Proven experience using AI creative tools (visual, video, or text-based).

Prior exposure to UGC ad creation, DTC campaigns, or social-first content a plus.

Skills

Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual sensibility.

Proficiency in prompt writing, creative ideation, and AI workflow automation.

Working knowledge of Midjourney / Runway / Sora / MakeUGC / Pika Labs / ChatGPT / ElevenLabs / Canva AI.

Understanding of social and performance content trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads ecosystem.
