Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an AI Content & Executive Secretary to the Director. The role involves doing AI Content Creation and providing executive administrative support, managing clerical tasks, and handling personal assistance duties. Responsibilities also include managing the director's diary, scheduling meetings, and communicating effectively on behalf of the director.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Extensive experience as an AI CONTENT CREATOR
• Strong Communication and Personal Assistance Skills
• Experience with Diary Management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software
