We are looking for a Responsible AI (RAI) Compliance Lead to oversee the organizations compliance with AI governance and ethical standards. The RAI Compliance Lead will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing AI compliance frameworks to ensure that our AI systems meet regulatory, ethical, and transparency requirements. This role involves working closely with various internal teams, including legal, data science, AI development, and external regulatory bodies to ensure that the organizations AI practices align with global standards and regulations
Roles & responsibilities
Collaborate with HR, legal, and technical teams to ensure all employees involved in AI development and deployment understand their role in ensuring responsible and compliant AI use.
Provide ongoing support and resources for cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent application of AI compliance protocols.
