We’re exploring the future of AI-driven CAD design — where engineers can describe their ideas in plain text, and the system automatically creates 2D electrical or mechanical drawings within the EverrCAD platform.
We’re looking for students or researchers (B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or AI) who want to work on:
• Natural language → CAD geometry generation
• Integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaVA, etc.) with CAD platforms
• Developing a lightweight drawing engine / interpreter for 2D drafting
• Building training datasets or design-specific DSLs
Outcome:
A functional research prototype that can generate clean 2D CAD drawings within EverrCAD directly from a user’s prompt — potentially forming part of your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis if you are a student!
