Your role involves leveraging GitHub Copilot (GHCP) and other AI tools to expedite the conversion of business requirements into software specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into actionable software specifications using GitHub Copilot (GHCP) and other AI tools. - Serve as a domain SME in insurance, aiding in client solutioning by harnessing industry knowledge and AI capabilities. - Collaborate with underwriters, claims, and actuarial teams to comprehend business needs and deliver customized solutions. - Utilize AI tools for automating data documentation, lineage mapping, and transformation logic. - Work alongside data engineers and architects to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance. - Provide support during solution design, prototyping, and validation phases. Required Skills & Experience: - Possess 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance domain. - Thorough understanding of reinsurance and Lloyds market operations. - Demonstrated experience in direct collaboration with underwriters and senior business stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted coding, or low-code/no-code platforms. - Strong analytical skills with a background in data lineage, metadata management, and data transformation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
