Note :-Candidate must have either Finance& Accounting or Banking/Insurance process knowledge AI - Business Analyst Job Description: As an Engagement Product Business Analyst specializing in Product & Business Analysis, with expertise in P2P, O2C, R2R, Finance& banking processes, Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), and advanced Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) skills with over 5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in client interactions and project delivery. Your responsibilities include gathering client requirements, analyzing business processes, and contributing your expertise in integrating cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to deliver high-impact solutions. Must Have - Finance and Accounting or Banking /Insurance domain knowledge. Good to have supply chain and customer operational business knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle. Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze client requirements related to P2P processes, Gen AI, and AI/ML integration. Translate client needs into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Gen AI and AI/ML Integration: Contribute expertise in integrating Generative AI and advanced AI/ML technologies to enhance product features. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions based on client requirements. User Story Development: Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, focusing on client-specific requirements and expectations. Prioritize user stories based on business value, client impact, and technical feasibility. Project Delivery: Play a key role in project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of P2P, Gen AI, and AI/ML features. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption. Address client queries and concerns throughout the engagement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on client engagement and P2P processes. Expertise in Gen AI and advanced AI/ML concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
