AI + AWS Engineers

As an AWS AI Engineer at HCL, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using AWS services. Your role will involve building scalable AI components, integrating data sources, and supporting agentic workflows on AWS infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain AI plugins and connectors for AWS-based AI platforms. - Design orchestration layers using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and other services. - Ensure high-quality prompt engineering and evaluation. - Integrate structured and unstructured data using AWS-native tools. - Support use case development across no-code, low-code, pro-code environments. - Perform data mining, cleansing, and preparation for AI agents. - Build reusable components and services with a product mindset. - Transition solutions to support teams and assist in production issue resolution. Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Semantic Search, and open-source development. - Strong experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, SageMaker, etc. - Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, and LangChain. - Deep understanding of SQL, prompt engineering, and AI agent design. - Familiarity with IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and OpenSearch Serverless. - Experience with Git-based source control and Terraform for IaC.
