We are looking for an experienced AI & Cloud Coach to accelerate AI adoption and cloud enablement across technical and leadership teams. You will be responsible for coaching developers, analysts, and decision-makers to effectively leverage AI tools and AWS services for innovation, automation, and productivity enhancement.
- Deliver hands-on coaching, workshops, and mentoring on AI tools, prompt engineering, and AWS development.
- Design and run enablement programs for varied user personas including cloud-native developers.
- Guide teams in prompt optimization for better code generation, documentation, and task automation.
- Partner with teams to identify, develop, and scale AI + AWS-based use cases (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
- Capture user feedback and continuously refine enablement strategies.
- Track adoption metrics and report impact through measurable outcomes.
- Strong background in AWS development, including serverless, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with NodeJS and TypeScript (TDD preferred).
- Knowledge of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and familiarity with LLMs / NLP.
- Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI, and emerging GenAI trends.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or technical enablement roles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
